Services

In true portfolio style, I offer the following services to help you and/or your organisation take the next steps in building a future that supports women and girls, challenges the patriarchal status quo, and helps you to embrace your potential by bringing out your own unique voice into the world, and supporting you through the next stage in your journey at work or home.

All of my work is informed by the following values;

  • You have the answers – Women already hold the answers to the challenges they face, my job is to help unlock the solution, or to provide the support during transition
  • We are cyclical beings – not built for an enforced 24-hour cycle of renewal. We work with our female energies, hormonal shifts, and our cycles, not against them.
  • Women deserve women-only spaces to recharge – The Patriarchy can dull even the brightest of souls. This doesn’t mean we hate men, or that we can live without them, it means we need to work twice as hard to create spaces, language and support networks that help us to flourish despite the system’s best efforts at knocking us down.
  • Time alone, time together, is time treasured – even more so if it restores us to being fully present

Workshops

I run women-centred workshops designed to explore your potential, and to support you, as you identify your goals and discover your own authentic path through womanhood. Keep an eye on social media for upcoming events or message me for more details.

Coaching

I offer 1-2-1 coaching and peer support for women at important life transitions such as becoming a mother, parenting, grieving a loss or big change, (peri)menopause, moving on from divorce, healing from trauma, doing inner work, changing careers, sharing your truth and creativity with others.

Free 30-minute chemistry test to see if I’m a good fit for your needs.

Individual coaching £65 per session with email support between sessions.

Discounts for bookings of four sessions or more.

Organisations by negotiation.

Fundraising

I am an experienced grant-based fundraiser and occasionally take on women-centred fundraising projects. If you have a project in mind and it meets the following criteria; get in touch to see if I can help.

Projects must focus on sex and/or gender equality or promote wellbeing and development of women and children, and have a constitution and/or charitable status, have good governance arrangements in place, and be ready for the challenge of pressing ahead and getting your work/project off the ground. A minimum of one lead person should be available to support the fundraising efforts.

Priced according to the scale of the project and the resources of the charity/organisation.

Sharing your Story

Always interested in hearing about new or interesting projects that are run by or for women, I am running the “Lift a Sister Up” blog series promoting the work of other women and feminists in the Highlands.

If you’d like to share your story, please get in touch to get the ovaries in play.

These blog posts generally take about 2.5 hours to produce but I want to run the project without financial barrier, so I do these articles by donation according to the value you place on the service and your means to pay.
